Our Health & Lifestyle Ministry is dedicated to promoting whole-person wellness that honors our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. We believe that physical, mental, social, and spiritual health are interconnected, and we offer programs that address all aspects of wellbeing.

Through cooking classes, fitness programs, health seminars, and wellness workshops, we provide practical education and support to help people make positive lifestyle choices that enhance quality of life and prevent disease.

Monthly - 2nd Sunday, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Hands-on cooking classes featuring delicious, nutritious plant-based recipes for all skill levels.
